Maneesha Kapur is a leadership architect and CEO & Co-Founder of Org AI Solutions, the company behind Striveo. With over 25 years of corporate experience, she works at the intersection of human potential, behavior change, and performance, with a strong focus on leadership development. A Master Certified Coach (MCC) from the International Coaching Federation (ICF), she brings deep expertise in enabling leaders to perform in complex, high-stakes environments.
Her work centers on helping individuals and organizations build the capability required to translate intent into action and growth into sustained performance. Combining neuroscience, behavioral transformation, and executive coaching, she designs systems that drive meaningful and lasting change. Maneesha has also worked with McKinsey & Company, leading professional development initiatives, and with the World Bank (IFC) as a global organizational change management expert.
She is particularly known for her work with leaders at critical inflection points, enabling them to step into greater presence, authority, and impact.
Abhishek Gupta is the COO and Co-Founder of Org AI Solutions and a seasoned analytics and BFSI expert with global experience. He has helped establish analytics centers of excellence for over 20 organizations and has led the development of more than 800 models across five continents, spanning diverse use cases.
With a strong track record of advising CXOs at over 25 multi-billion-dollar organizations, Abhishek brings a strategic perspective that combines deep technical expertise with business impact. Prior to co-founding Org AI Solutions, he worked with McKinsey & Company and GE Capital, gaining extensive exposure to large-scale transformation and data-driven decision-making.
In addition to his role at Org AI Solutions, Abhishek serves as Director at Mente Consulting, Sutra Management Consultancies, and Effiya Technologies. He holds an MBA and is a Certified Risk Professional, further strengthening his ability to drive innovation and performance in complex financial services environments.
Jay Modi is the Head of AI at Org AI Solutions and an analytics and AI professional with expertise in delivering enterprise-scale solutions across the Middle East, Europe, and ASEAN regions. A graduate of Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee with a Bachelor of Technology degree, Jay combines strong technical depth with business understanding to solve complex challenges across risk, customer lifecycle management, fraud analytics, compliance, and financial crime domains.
With over 5 years of experience across multiple industries including banking, healthcare, pension funds, and compliance, Jay has successfully led and implemented advanced analytics and AI-driven transformation initiatives for global clients.

In addition to his technical expertise, he brings strong leadership and management capabilities, ensuring teams remain aligned with organizational goals while scaling effectively to meet evolving business needs.
Yash Bansal is the Head of Product at OrgAI Solutions, a product and analytics professional who bridges business context and technical execution to ship products that create measurable impact. With over 4 years of experience across enterprise SaaS product management and BFSI analytics consulting, he brings a rare combination of strategic thinking, user-centric product discovery, and hands-on delivery.
At OrgAI Solutions, Yash leads end-to-end product development on a B2B professional development platform - driving the full lifecycle from discovery and stakeholder alignment through to launch, including conducting extensive user research and coordinating cross-functional AI/ML and engineering teams. Prior to his product role, Yash served as an analytics consultant at Sutra Management Consulting, where he led pre-sales and solution strategy across AML, Fraud, Early Warning Systems, and Collections for clients across ASEAN and Middle Eastern markets, while also serving as a core engagement lead on large-scale analytics transformations across credit risk and fraud domains.
Earlier in his career, he worked as a Big Data Engineer at Dunnhumby, directing a platform revamp that delivered significant runtime improvements and cost savings across North American retail and pharma clients. Yash holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (Marketing & Strategy) from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from NSIT Delhi.
